Avoid this bank at all cost. If you ever have any issues caused by their incompetent staff, be prepared to be on the phone for a VERY long time and be transferred back and forth between call centers that sound like a night club in Philippine.

I opened a Walmart credit card which I never received. I called to find out what happened. Instead of sending me a replacement card, they closed my existing Sam's Club credit card. As soon as I found out, I called and they were supposed me to send me a replacement card and the statement.

They verified my mailing address and dropped one of the PO Box number one file and send me a letter notifying me my mailing address has been updated. I called them back to tell them it's mistake and was transferred to a fraud department to get it corrected, and then back to customer service to so I can order a statement. Since by the time my statement arrives, I will be paying late fee and interest so I offer to pay over the phone. They told me there will be $10 charge.

To make the long story short, I closed the account and will NEVER has anything to do with this bank. I don't know where they find their employees. Every mistake they made cost me hours to straighten it up and they are NOT apologetic. The last rep actually told the wrong address was provided by me when I opened the account.

Apparently, they don't even log the calls. Unbelievable!!!
