Synchrony Bank - Trying to pay online; trying to update my apparently required edited personal info. couldn't do either
I went online & tried to pay a bill. Several times I was told that the bank was not available online.
I tried a different site. I was able to log on but was told i needed to update my personal info. OK, fine; I tried but it couldn't accept it. I don't know if it's because it wanted to know my mobile device: I DON'T HAVE ONE.
This is not he first time I have had online issues with this bank; so incredibly frustrating. It makes me hate that i ever did business with RTG which is a perfectly fine company.
This is additionally *** that my note is too short & it has to be 100 words. WHY?????
Reason of review: online service; I never was able to contact a human so I don't know about customer service. The computer was long and annoying.
