I made a final payment on my account because doing business with this bank is utter stress. I closed my account and sent my final payment into the bank in January 2022.

To this day I am getting notices and interest on a payment they say they never received even though I submitted all the backup paperwork they requested. Two of the agents at the bank found they payment which had been credited to someone else's account in January. It is now June of 2022 and I am still

getting letters from overseas that my account is in arears. Two of the bank agents have told me confidentially that this is the worst case of mismanagement by the bank that they have ever seen.

I have made a call to them at least every week for the past few months and each time I talk to a different person and I need to go thru the whole story of this abuse. They have you start in some foreign country and eventually you can talk to someone you can understand in the US. I have been told this is a regular bank however I do believe they are fraud in the way they do business. I refuse to give them another payment and interest for their incompetent way of doing business.

I have paid on someone else's credit card and all they need to do is take the money I paid for my account from that person's account and put it on my account so I can be done with this madness. I think the agents are so stupid they don't want to offend anyone so they are causing me undo stress in trying to get this matter closed. I refuse to pay this fraudulent bank another payment because of their stupidity. I am going to see if I can file a claim against this bank as I feel they are incompetent and notice they don't give you any local contact numbers within the USA.

You have to call overseas.

Why would anyone want to do business with a bank you can't talk to in the US.

If you are smart you will not open a Mastercard account to purchase items at any of the TJ MAXX stores. Here it is going on 6 months with this incompetent customer service

User's recommendation: If you want to do business with a creditable banking institution I would not bypass this one.
