I had a veterinarian visit coming up, and I noticed my Care Credit card was misplaced. So I went on their website to report it and request new one.

After chatting with their stupid chat bot, I finally got a live chat person.

I explained my situation. They said I will receive a new card in 7-10 business days.

A few days later, I received an email that my account was closed per my request. All I could get on chat was the idiot bot, so I called the next day. After waiting forever, I got a supervisor who said her superior will review the chat where I said I needed new card.

She said I will receive a call in 1-2 days, which I never got. I also applied for a new card and was declined, even though I had a perfect payment record with them and good credit.
