Synchrony Bank lacks qualified people to work at customer centers. Before they are hired, they should probably, learn how to flip burgers, or clean toilets, and learn how to properly speak, and comprehend English.

The only thing, they seem to excell in, is ignorance. The automated phone payment service is a total joke. Sometimes, after listening to the, robo spiel, you're payment doesn 't even go through, then, they try to charge a ten dollar fee, to complete payment.

The best thing, I ever did, was to close these accts. And also, e-mailed retailers, that use, Synchrony services, I'm done with them, too.
