Not resolved

For three weeks I've been dealing with Synchrony Bank to change my email address, sign in and phone number. You have to have a code but my phone number on file is home number due to dead zone at home with cell.

Landline number cannot take texts for code and cannot get code through phone call because we are on Spectrum with modem. Somehow they cannot change the phone number due to restrictions. I must change the email account of 15 yrs as is inactive due to going with Spectrum. It took 1 1/2 weeks to get these issues resolved which took numerous phone calls and hours of my time.

IT had to do an overnight change but only after I asked for a supervisor. Now I cannot get connected with customer service because it no longer takes my four SS digits.

Belk, also, uses this bank and have had the same problem with them. They had to delete my online account and I had to create another one!
