Judgement on credit report

Judgement on credit report. Contacted Synchrony and found out I owe nothing. Was redirected to another credit company under their use, and they told me there is nothing owed on anything. After a long time on the phone to the Midland Credit Management company, I was informed they could not send a letter stating the information. Everything had to be done through a phone call involving all persons needed.

Stop being stupid and doing the "talk to a human" thing. File a dispute with the credit agencies.

If it is what you say, the notations will drop from your credit report.

Your desire to talk to someone to resolve this is a waste of time. Filing a dispute can be done online.

A manager called three weeks ago, apologized and said my account reopened and new card should be received 7-10 business days. New card not received aftee three weeks so I called last week.

She was on vacation. Ugh.

Auto payment to CareCredit failed last November/December. Also had a Sweetwater card with Synchrony without Auto Pay. January this year I stopped Auto Pay on the CareCredit account to manually pay monthly. Right after that, Synchrony reduced both cards credit limits....

Asking a question regarding my credit card

My asking Synchrony Bank for a forgiveness on my intress rate of $17000on my purchased windows as I did not default on payments, but rather did not paid them off on the due date due to unforseen circumstances on my part, i.e. illness which prevented me to my computer n seen when my promotion expired; also the fact of my age of 75 years old. Synchrony Bank was not empathetic to my age or my health or the present circumstances, N only cared about their capital.

TERRIBLE LOOOONG wait for customer service

Situation involving a feature of their online banking that was not working correctly. Needed to speak with a representative to resolve. While my call "is very important to them", I have been waiting 1:09:47 at this point. This is absurd and presumes my time has NO value. Once I resolve the problem, I will withdraw my very substantial balance from their bank. I hate this.
