Worst bank

I no longer use the Amazon credit card or my Lowes card because Synphony bank is toxic ..And dont ever set up paperless billing with them money its a trap that will cost you hundreds over a short time..

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I paid Amazon credit To pay off the credit card and hit the button twice or paid twice. It was over $3000 and each one was the same transaction. I called my bank to cancel one because I could not get a hold of anyone it Amazon synchrony account....

I would like for them to review my account and noticed that it was a payoff and then it was a duplicate and then I am not a bad credit risk. The reality of it is as I was paying my payments on time I had the money I was a good customer.

Unpredicatable credit limits!

I had four different accounts that were issued by Synchrony Bank: JC Penney, Amazon Prime, Sam's Club, TJ Maxx. Within about 6 months of having the accounts, at different stages, each one's credit limit was REDUCED to a ridiculously LOW limit! One of my accounts was reduced to just $120 from $1000! Each one was done with me being given any notice whatsoever.

User's recommendation: Don't open accounts with them! Check your applications to see if Synchrony is the issuing bank and DON'T APPLY!

Revoked Credit card without explanation

went to purchase diesel yesterday went to citgo my local station ,put my card in was denied did it 3 times no avail ,so today i called the 800 number citgo has they couldnt understand why ,so i called these bozos after 30 min of a royal runaround was told my account was cancelled ,i asked why ,again a letter of explaination has been mailed out to you then i was hung up on

Fraudulent Advertising

2 days ago I applied for a card for some dental work. I was approved for $1000. Card will be here 7-10 days. Today I receive an email saying I have been denied. If you are not able to make an upfront decision, say so. To say otherwise is fraud. I have submitted a report to the states AG

Did not receive bonus

I opened up an EBay credit card with the PROMISE that I would receive a $50 credit if I spent $200 in several months. Almost immediately, I spent much more in a couple of weeks. Your company NEVER gave me that credit. I called several times and am told it's under review. I would NEVER consider this bank. It's dishonest!!

Amazon store card

I have an Amazon store card. It was issued with a $400 credit line. I have zero balance as I have paid it off in full. I ordered something from Amazon today using the card and was declined. Please explain. Thank you.

Travel notifications? Is this 1980?

Stuck with this card due to Sam's Club. Forget about using if you travel out of your billing state with any regularity. You have to call with each state you'll be in and then only 30 days at a time. (website only allows single destination)

They don't give anyone a prime account unless you check off the checkbox saying "yes" it's deceiving because it's a tiny box under the bigger one. I also came close to checking it off.
