They have done the same to me!!! They have cut over 15k from my available limit…never a missed payment and was 35% or so until they cut them jumped to 90% usage…so frustrating!!!

None of their phone numbers are working. If they are this difficult to work with and get credit through, Ill just pay cash.

People actually answering phones.

NO RESPONSE

I sent a Subpoena for records of our client. We did not receive records and I have been unable to reach anyone as to the status the the request. No one responded to the request through the website either.

Complaint

Synchrony has 'enhanced' their online system. I can no longer sign on, find my account in any way. I do have the option of chatting with a representative but first, I need to sign in. I called 2 different company numbers which both said extended hold times.I waited for 16 minutes 38 seconds and still no answer. I can send them a secure email but, you guessed it, I need to log in first which is something I'm unable to do since their 'enhancements'

User's recommendation: Good luck in contacting them. Maybe skywriting might work.

They closed my account I had for over 5 years

I just paid off my Sams Club credit card and they close the account 2 weeks later. WTH? I have been paying it on time for years. I may have missed maybe a couple of payments, but I was never more than a few days late and this bank closes it. I guess screw customer loyalty because "my credit" score is bad when they "just" reviewed it

Bad experience

I worked with a local merchant to do 12 month financing. My credit score is over 800 and the purchase amount was not large. After spending over an hour on the phone I gave up. The employees are idiot robots. I figured if this is what it takes at the beginning, the rest of my time with them will be a worse nightmare. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs! If I could give them a zero or negative score I would!

Complaints

Still charging me after paying debt off!! What Else do you want me to say? Im very dissatisfied, very frustrated, will never use synchrony again. Will never even consider any other company that has synchrony as their finance company. Anything else you want?

Lost credit card

Tried calling 866-419-**** to report my credit card lost. Your call cannot be completed as dial, I tried it again a couple more times later on with the same response. I also tried calling 866-220- **** same response. I went online and open my account with Sams Club went down to video chat entered the information on the stolen card and it told me the service was not available now. I also tried to other numbers 800-964-**** and 855 a tool 4009. I finally went into my account and froze it, this was a very frustrating experience Larry Hayes space 239-989-****

I closed my Pay pal account and a refund of 125.00 was supposed to be mailed. I have waited over 3 months for the check. It has not come.

Not getting any response from any customer service

I am not getting any response to deal with my problem dont you have people working there that I can get through with a phone call. I have never dealt with the bank so hard to get through like you people obviously you dont want your payments.
