They text me to see if I was making charges on a Friday. I called right back and said no.

They said we are canceling the card you will get a new card. They did not cancel the card all weekend and over $1000.00 more charges were put on the card. That was in March.

This is October and after numerous faxes, calls and mailing letters to them they have yet to remove those charges I am thinking of canceling card and writing a letter to credit bureaus. This is a Walmart MasterCard issued by synchrony bank I have been a good customer so at a loss as to why they want to treat customers this way

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: take charges off I did not make.

I didn't like: Fraudulent vharges on my catd.
