This is my repeated attempt to transfer my matured CD at Synchrony Bank to an external institution. Since July 26, 2017 till present (August 8, 2017), I have yet to believe what Synchrony's has been telling me following repeated 50-80 minutes "hold-on phone calls." Earlier, another manager stipulated that the transfer will be wired on Monday.

Today is Monday, when I called I was told that the fund has been transferred to "External Account," but not wired, yet. By calling my receiving institution, the fund was not there. Calling Synchrony Bank back, the same representative denied her statement.

When I asked what's that supposed to mean by saying "External Account" I was told they needed time to research that...! Now, you could see my frustration for their made-up vicious circle which I don't know how it's going to end...!!!
