Missed one Lowes payment by 10 days simply because I forgot.Never missed one before in 4+ years as a customer and they lowered my credit by $2600!

They do not provide an email to contact them so you have to call and talk to someone in India or Pakistan so customer service is absurdly useless. He told me if (If I heard correctly) it was for other reason that he couldn't explain. No clue what that means! This caused my credit score to drop by 12 points.

I have 14 credit cards and haven't missed a payment in 15 years.Stay away from these crooks!
