inaccurate information and they report incorrectly to Credit companies. Credit increases done without my knowledge and then when I called to dispute they took several months to get back to me and still tried to say I made the request personally.
I went to the location where they stated I made the request and pulled all of my records an none matching the day stated I made the increase. I called to report it and the rep said I couldn't fax the information that they didn't have one! and I have to mail it! complete crap!
I already had to put my life on hold as my credit score dropped for 3 months while waiting to hear back now I have to wait even longer to prove them wrong! These mistakes shouldn't be happening and I for one will never use this company again.
