Synchrony Bank - Unable to verify

They locked my account knowing that I’m a soldier and just updated my address and new phone number after returning from Korea. I’m on vacation and was planning to use my card but now even after following the supervisor’s instruction on how to verify myself using a video with a picture of my drivers license.
