Auto payment to CareCredit failed last November/December.
Also had a Sweetwater card with Synchrony without Auto Pay.
January this year I stopped Auto Pay on the CareCredit account to manually pay monthly.
Right after that, Synchrony reduced both cards credit limits.
And in May, closed the Sweetwater card account after a "credit check" May 5th. Never late and paid more each month than the minimum due
on both accounts (except for the screw up on the CareCredit last year.)
Will not deal with Synchrony again!! I don't remember hearing anything
like this before with any credit card company, and I'm 65 years old.
User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY-They SUCK!!!!!!!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
