OVER CHARGE - WHATS ON CREDIT CARD WAS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD

when they offer you a credit card from synchrony bank RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN as fast as possible. They don't have any customer service, period

Difficulty to unblock credit card.

Contacted synchrony bank with phone no. provided, and they directed me to another dept.(phone no.) ran up against same run around,unaware of review no. purpose you provided.

Difficulty to unblock credit card. Staff may as well be robot's without trying to understand situation being Canadian.my phone is 613-674-**** if anyone from upper management would bother to look into my dilemma.

Not Good for those trying to build credit

If you are building your credit this IS NOT the company you want to get a card with. I have made ALL of my payments early or on time and I had three cards with them - Sam's Club, Discount Tire, and Mattress Firm. I paid off Discount Tire and they CLOSED it without telling me and after I tried to get new tires is when I found out I paid down my balance on my Sam's card and they lowered my limit from $1200 down to $800 (so the $400 I paid means nothing now) and they did the same with the Mattress Firm card so not my credit report shows the cards maxed out which makes my score even lower!

Decreased my limit from 300 to 100 without my knoweldge over 5.66 at lowesmyments. they are a rip off and i see why they have a 1 star rateing

credit limit decressed without lettinbg me know will nerve use them again Reps not helpful at all say they can not do anything even if it was there fault

Trying to access account and pay my bill

Well, I called the number, I had to look it up. Got a chance to talk to someone who switched me to another 800 number. I stayed on the line for 50 minutes listening to muzak before I hung up. These past couple of months, I haven't been able to make a payment with the auto-pay option, because it doesn't exist anymore. That's very inconvenient for me.

Absolutly horrible

Late payment fee's are absurd and seem illegal. No customer support at all. Tried paying with another account and they wouldnt accept a debit card on line But you could call to make a debit card payment. Everytime I tried to get Support it would say no one is available. But their bot will help you. I am done

What is absurd is waiting till the last minute. And most phone systems are automated for payments. There is no reason to speak to anyone.

Explanation for their absurd practices. they reduced my credit a year ago because of their fault and were bringing it backup. They never did.

Cannot replace card

I got their card via PayPal but I never received it. I just spent over two hours on the phone with them and they made me try to make a video of myself to prove my ID, using my cellphone. This did not work....over and over again. So, I still don't have their crap MasterCard, and still have gotten nowhere. What annoying weasels they are. No, I do not recommend them to anyone, unless I can think of someone I want to torture endlessly.

Complaint

I paid my Old Navy Account in full, as well as my Amazon account and brought my paypal account current, and you tried debiting additional payments that were not due on the account. The returns from the bank were the funds you tried debiting that you were not entitled to. My account were paid in full and the bank can prove that as well as your records. Your online chat assistant is a JOKE, very unprofessional and not helpful.
