To ask why are lowering my credit limits.

For no reason whatsoever my credit limit went from $4,000 to $400 without any prior notice. I have American Express cards, Capital One, and numerous others. None have done such a thing. I'm better off without them.

I don’t understand the reason I was turned down for a loan. I had never applied previously

I applied for credit to cover cataract surgery and was turned down. Today I received word that the reason I was denied was that I was approved before. I have never applied before. I have an 8.3 credit rating and owe no one.

1 problem in 10 years/ amazon still not resolved been going on 2 years / wrecked my credit / i ordered a book for my son they sent a bicyle said i had to pay return cost for shipping

LOL...That money is gone. The best thing you can do is pay to stop payment and minimize your losses.

The second that check gets to that payment center, it will be fed into a machine that will open, scan, and submit your check for payment. There won't be someone sitting at a desk with a letter opener, looking out for your check.

Service sucks!

I have a paypal account which serviced by Synchrony bank. I have questions on some transactions. I called Paypal and was transferred to Synchrony bank.The phone rings and a voice keep on saying "all reps. are busy, your call is important to us. pls. stay on the line" this continued for 30 minutes. Obviously nobody wanted to answer the call. I assume. Ver poor approach!

Jacked up interest to 28% on electronic bills

watch your lowes account. went paperless and when you are not looking they jack up your rate. closing m,y account. lowes you lost my future business.

I have two cards with Synchrony Bank, and they lowered the credut limit in one

I have a Care Credit card, and they recently increased my credit limit because I credit with them is excellent. I have a TJMax card, and they were not sending my monthly bill, I paid a few days late 3 or 4 days) and they lowered my credit limit even when all the other payments had been made on time. I need an explanation, but they never answer my emails.From what I have read, there are a lot if complaints on this regard, what are the BBB and the Faur Trade Commision doing to stop this practices?

Bright Star Pictures LLC never applied for an Amazon commercial credit card There is no credit history of personal guarantor and the company no longer has a business account; it kept being hit - hacked and the company itself never filed a bankruptcy and never had a debt The company never applied for an Amazon commercial credit card I received a letter dated Dec 17, 2021 regarding a request for a credit product with Amazon.com commercial issued by Synchrony Bank At one time the owner of the company had care credit credit card but no longer Regards Robert K Tarquinio Bright Star Pictures LLC Santa Monica California USA I need this issue resolved immediately I cannot contact Synchrony bank to resolve the issue

Issued credit cards in my name without permission. Identity theft frauds and very expensive and difficult to contact the bank.

Manipulating payments to cause deferred interest charges

I filed my second complaint with CFPB.gov and FTC.gov today. It seems to be the only way to get Synchrony to correctly apply my payments. This has been an ongoing problem. I make more than the minimum each month so I can pay of deferred interest purchases coming due within next 3 months and they apply only a portion and then apply remaining to standard purchases that were made after the deferred interest purchase. I *** do not watch closely you will discover very large deferred interest charges that should have been avoided. If you have any Synchrony financial products and have issues involve CFPB immediately.

Complaint

What a bunch of balance chasing jerks and they have a nasty habit of closing zero balance accounts. I pay my bills every month on time, but they keep lowering my credit limit for no reason. I am so done with this company and their ways. It feels dishonest and a bit scammy. Do not do business with this company if you can at all avoid it.
