Ashley Furniture

Ordered a mattress and a Manual Recliner from Ashley and decided l did not want to pay almost 4000.00 bucks for just two items so l called and cancelled the order and apparently made them mad so they are trying to make me pay 304.99 to Synchrony Bank and l don't owe those crooks nothing.,, I WILL NOT PAY THAT AMOUNT SO STOP SENDING ME BILLS.,,,l have reported Ashley Store to the Consumer Credit people and l have told my friends not to purchase anything from Ashley Furniture....l will continue to spread the word to my friends of how Ashley did me so they won't go there,,,,l am a woman who is Elderly and they took advantage of me and l won't pay them anything so they took advantage of you too!!!!!If

Synchrony bank does not and will not let it's customers log into the new chevron credit cards that were finally issued. Synchrony bank forced me to close my account with chevron gas cars.

After believing I was dealing with *** from Chevron credit card, It was actually the *** from Synchrony bank I was dealing with. Apparently Synchrony bank has decided to hire inbreds as their representatives.

I have called almost every number to close an account with you idiots and only get some moron from overseas!! A Harbor freight employee screwed my credit card application and put my sons name on my SSA number which created the wrong account. Was told by you idiots on 03/20/21 to go back to the store to VERIFY who I was with the *** that screwed it up to start with. Then I try again today several of your numbers and get the automated crap and a moron from overseas that cant help me. Your company is crooked and pathetic! I want the account closed and will never do business with harbor freight or your bank again!!

Discrimination Regarding Good Credit

After filing complaint with consumer finance.gov, Synchrony responded to the complaint in less than a week. Synchrony advised all accounts I had with them (5), stating 3 had been closed by consumer but 2 were still open with 0 balance. Tho I had contacted the 2 stores...

Synchrony Bank sent a letter lowering the credit limit with NO adverse credit, all payments on time, and blaming the credit bureau. The dishonest practices are against the law in one USA state and the wording of this state law perfectly sums up Synchrony Banks continued discrimination based on the following: ....against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers...

Old Navy, Gap, Amazon, PayPal Credit are the stores I had credit from Synchrony Bank.

I will be going to my state, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Fair Credit Reporting Act and my state for this unfair continued discrimination. I have canceled all credit from these stores.

Uhmmmm. YOU agreed to this when you signed up for their stupid cards....

They know people like YOU have zero clues when it comes to credit cards and what's legal and what isn't. They know most of YOU fools sign up for this mess at a cash register just to save a few bucks. Stop being stupid and read what you agreed to before making a bigger fool of yourself.

There is nothing in any agreement stating this creditor discriminates against good credit or paying your bill on time. No, I was not “standing at a cash register”. At least I can post a comment that has a word from beginning to end, instead of the “clueless” “stupid” ummmmm!

Synchrony Bank is taking over most corporate credit cards. They give you a very high interest rate, even if your credit score is good. Customer service stinks. You're not going to talk to a native English speaker. I could go on and on. But it just sucks. If I'm offered a credit card and it's through Synchrony Bank, I decline

I have made my payment at day 4/20/21 and I don't know why but I have a charge for paying late because the payment is still in process and I don't know why? if you are supposed to pay three days in advance to avoid any surcharge

Poor online experience

I have FOUR Sync. Issued cards through Sam's club, Lowes etc. Almost every month I have to reset my passwords. I get online to reset and the system doesn't recognize me. This happens on all the accounts. I call in re-set the account and do it again a month later. On one of my accounts I call in to say I am going to be making international purchases only to have the card declined, not just once but again and again and again. I have resorted to using my Citibank card and American Express instead.

Closing Credit account

I had a several accounts with Synchrony, and they closed all of them. 3 of them with zero balance. 1 of them as soon as I paid it off they closed the account without any explanation. This dropped my credit score. I think businesses should reconsider using them as financier, because now I don't even want to use or shop with the company for which I had the card with. Synchrony is *** water Bank and their customer service is not the good either.

Late fee charges

Never missed a payment and was a day late due to the snow storm in my area. I was charged almost double the regular payment. Unethical, predatory and totally lacking any customer service. Will never deal with this *** outfit again and will make sure that anyone I know hears about it.

You can call and see if they will forgive the late fee. If you have not had one waved they often will do so.

You paid late.

So not their fault. They have pretty much use the standard late fee model that almost every CC uses.

Need to know about my Credit Card

We tried to use our credit card at Lowes. It was declined. Only reason for this we havent used it in awhile. So they said it was closed. Applied again and now you are saying we have an account. So which is it closed or having an account.

open a joint savings account. recieved 2 atm card for the account.

was not abble to activate my wife's card. their automated phone system was broken.. called customer support "sorry for the inconviense" but i cannot help you you need to use the broken automated phone system despite the fact it is not working. so i asked for a supervisor and afte a long wait i got the supervisor who at least listened to me regarding thier broken system.

she tried to help but could not . she reassured me it would be fixed and to try again later. four days later still no luck. so i went to the website and tried oa chat session.

again "sorry for the inconvenience" i can not help you. i asked what should i do he told me tocall the same customer support that i just explained to him couldn't help me.

Three hours on the phone and STILL not able to get help

Each and EVERY Month I try to go into our account (my husband's name) and he has authorized me REPEATEDLY to get into this account. EVERY month there is a problem logging in.

I try to change the password and it will NOT allow me to. The two numbers that come up are my old work number (I am now retired) and our old land line, which we do NOT have any longer. When I click on the "not your phone numbers" or whatever it says, then I am back to square one, locks my account, I cannot get any operator to help without my husband AUTHORIZING ME AGAIN! The last operator said that she could see where he had authorized me with another operator, but it DID NOT COUNT FOR HER!!!!

This company is the worst company to deal with. I will NEVER use them again!
