Synchrony bank does not and will not let it's customers log into the new chevron credit cards that were finally issued. Synchrony bank forced me to close my account with chevron gas cars.

After filing complaint with consumer finance.gov, Synchrony responded to the complaint in less than a week. Synchrony advised all accounts I had with them (5), stating 3 had been closed by consumer but 2 were still open with 0 balance. Tho I had contacted the 2 stores...
Old Navy, Gap, Amazon, PayPal Credit are the stores I had credit from Synchrony Bank.
I will be going to my state, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Fair Credit Reporting Act and my state for this unfair continued discrimination. I have canceled all credit from these stores.

Need to know about my Credit Card
No customer support
open a joint savings account. recieved 2 atm card for the account.
was not abble to activate my wife's card. their automated phone system was broken.. called customer support "sorry for the inconviense" but i cannot help you you need to use the broken automated phone system despite the fact it is not working. so i asked for a supervisor and afte a long wait i got the supervisor who at least listened to me regarding thier broken system.
she tried to help but could not . she reassured me it would be fixed and to try again later. four days later still no luck. so i went to the website and tried oa chat session.
again "sorry for the inconvenience" i can not help you. i asked what should i do he told me tocall the same customer support that i just explained to him couldn't help me.

I received an email stating an iPhone was purchased and I did not order one

Three hours on the phone and STILL not able to get help
Each and EVERY Month I try to go into our account (my husband's name) and he has authorized me REPEATEDLY to get into this account. EVERY month there is a problem logging in.
I try to change the password and it will NOT allow me to. The two numbers that come up are my old work number (I am now retired) and our old land line, which we do NOT have any longer. When I click on the "not your phone numbers" or whatever it says, then I am back to square one, locks my account, I cannot get any operator to help without my husband AUTHORIZING ME AGAIN! The last operator said that she could see where he had authorized me with another operator, but it DID NOT COUNT FOR HER!!!!
This company is the worst company to deal with. I will NEVER use them again!

Preferred solution: I want to be able to get into this account EACH AND EVERY MONTH. modillback1952 is logon name. I WANT YOU TO STOP DEMANDING MY HUSBAND GIVE PERMISSION FOR ME TO DEAL WITH THIS ACCOUNT. I have done everything I can do and he has to. You are INCOMPETENT!
